I have been passionate about sports and exercise for many years. In addition to my gym based experience I have played for my town and county for both rugby and basketball at junior level, I am a qualified and dedicated football coach working with various teams in my local area and I have trained in a variety of martial arts including Jeet Kune Doe, Thai boxing, Boxing and BJJ.
Using a combination of the skills attained from my sporting history and my enthusiasm, hardworking mentality and training methods my clients achieve their exercise goals.
My 3 specialist styles of training are: High Intensity Training (HITT) which I mainly use for weight management; Strength and power which I would use for hypertrophy and mass, and Endurance to be able to last that bit longer.
