Exercise and sport have always played a huge part in my life. Throughout school and college, I was involved in many sports with my favoured events being cross-country running and netball. My passion for health and fitness led me to complete a Sports Science and Physiology degree here at The University of Leeds. This provided me with a broad range of research-backed knowledge, which I’m continually building on.
Since completing my Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, 3 years ago, my interest in weight training grew, allowing me to incorporate a wide variety of training into my gym routine. I aim to pass on this knowledge to my clients keeping sessions varied and most importantly fun, whilst tailoring it towards your personal goals.
I believe personal training is about you as an individual achieving your own personal goals whether that is weight loss, sport specific gains, muscle hypertrophy or just general fitness. Together we can achieve great results using my personal experience of a variety of training methods and knowledge I’ve gained, and used, over the years. I ensure to vary your programme, making it fun, motivational and beneficial, as I believe this is key to achieve long-term results.
