About Me
Over the last four years, I have been lucky enough to help many of my clients progress their fitness journey and achieve their goals, from gaining confidence with weights or recovering from an injury or operation. I have a personal background in athletics, especially sprinting, and this has led me to have a keen interest in strength training. By applying my background knowledge, I have been able to help my clients increase their strength, confidence and happiness. If you see me in the gym, come and have a chat!
