Hi! I’m Molly, a registered nutritionist and PT. As well as now being a personal trainer with The Edge, I am a master’s student and a mum, meaning I am keen to find ways to make fitness fit around everyday life.
I have experience as a Health Coach on the #NDPP (National Diabetes Prevention Programme), incorporating coaching around food, activity, mindfulness and sleep. Fortunately, with my qualifications and registration in nutrition, I can provide nutritional advice alongside fitness.
My approach to health is lifestyle change over quick fixes, and whether you are completely new to a gym environment or want to take your training to the next level with a specific goal, perhaps muscle building, fat loss or endurance, I will work with you to make this enjoyable and sustainable.
