15 Minute Online Posture Sessions
Are you struggling with your posture? Do you regularly experience aches and pains?
Try our 15-minute upper body postural sessions, offering gentle exercises for your neck and shoulders, including mobility, stretches and activation. The class runs every Monday at 12 noon and Thursday at 3pm.
Why not give the 15-minute lower body postural sessions a go, too? They target stiffness in your legs linked with a sedentary job/lifestyle. Classes run every Tuesday at 4pm and Wednesday at 11:30am.
If you’re specifically suffering with lower back pain, try our 15-minute lower back postural classes, which run every Monday at 2pm.
All the above sessions are held via MS Teams.
Interested? Join our MS Teams group for session links, updates and recordings.
30 minute In-Person Posture Sessions
We also run a 30-minute full body posture session on campus every Tuesday at 12:30pm. This includes both upper and lower body exercises.
Advance sign up is required. Sign up here and join our MS Teams group for session links, updates and recordings.
Musculoskeletal workshops
We run musculoskeletal workshops using mobility, activation, stability and flexibility to target the most common problem areas linked to either the lower body, lower back or upper body.
The workshops are free for staff, and they run for four consecutive weeks. The workshops are taught in person on campus and staff must be able to attend all four weeks. The progressive programme is taught in a small group environment so the sessions can be tailored to your individual needs/problem areas. These sessions are aimed at targeting mild musculoskeletal issues.
Advance sign up is required.
