I have a training background rooted in cross country and track during my school years. I then transitioned into long-distance running alongside strength training, achieving a notable milestone by qualifying for the Boston Marathon in 2022, running 2 hours and 59 minutes at my first attempt.
I’ve worked with a multitude of top coaches and my passion for running has now evolved into a dedicated commitment to helping others excel in the sport. I’ve helped multiple individuals run personal bests in race distances from 5k all the way up to the marathon.
My coaching philosophy centers on individualised attention. By understanding each person’s unique goals, strengths and limitations, I craft an efficient plan to optimise training and get the best out of you.
