Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? Hopefully we can help here…
How much does it cost?
Well that really depends on the activity but none of our sessions or trips aim to make money, all we look to do is cover the cost of the transport/instructor/facility. So for example our runs are free, our weekly balance sessions are £3, our walks range from £8-£12 and our climbing and velodrome trips around £15.
How do I get involved?
All you need to do is register to the programme so we can let you know what is going on (it only takes a couple of minutes) and then sign up to your first activity. You can register with us at the top of this page.
Can I take part if I am not a University of Leeds student?
Yes, while the programme is designed for our students it is also open to students from other institutions, staff and members of the public.
I have never done it before, can I still come along?
Yes, we welcome beginners to our sessions and a lot of them are designed for people with no experience. Have a read of what the session will involve and if you’re still not sure then get in touch with a member of the team for some more advice.
