If you were to describe me with one word involving health and fitness it would be passionate! I believe health and fitness is more than a hobby to look good on the beach. I believe it is a lifestyle. In my previous role, I worked with individuals of poor health on a GP referral scheme, helping those who had never been physically active before.
Another passion of mine is martial arts. My main martial art is Shaolin Kung Fu, which I’ve been practicing for over 10 years. Other than Kung Fu you always find me keeping myself fit practicing different functional training methods like Kettlebells, Gymnastics and other styles of martial arts such as Capoeira, Kickboxing, and Jeet Kwon Do.
Due to my training in martial arts and a variety of other training methods, I can guide you towards a healthier, more fulfilling and peaceful daily living. I do this through improving your mobility, developing high levels of coordination, agility, strength, building your confidence and most importantly, all whilst you’re having fun reaching your goals.
