Hi! My name is Mo and after working as a class instructor at The Edge since 2015 I am super excited to be on the personal training team!
I have been working in fitness since 2013 and have gained a wealth of experience in many areas of fitness including building muscle, weight loss, cardio, interval training, flexibility, mobility, strength and power.
As a personal trainer I aim to make coming to the gym an enjoyable experience, so I will use my knowledge in multiple areas of fitness to make your workout the most enjoyable and tailored to your goals that it can be.
You will also find me teaching various group exercise classes on the class timetable so absolutely feel free to join me in the studio too!
