Favourite outdoor activity: Too many to choose! Ice climbing, walking with my dog, working on my allotment, short crag climbs in late afternoon sun when you can smell and taste the rock!
How I got involved: As a climbing Instructor, mountaineer and Climbing Co-ordinator for the University, becoming part of the GOGA team is a great fit. Becoming part of an active community sustains us our entire lives. Say yes! It is amazing where it takes you. Learning to climb has taken me around the world!
Fun fact: When I was climbing in the Red Rock Canyon which is in the Mohave Desert, just outside Las Vegas, it snowed!
