My aim as a PT is to empower people to be strong, confident and help you reach your goals without giving up the things you love. I know first-hand that there is nothing more rewarding than working hard to become the best version of yourself and learning to be happy in your own skin.
As a student at the University myself, I can relate to wanting to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle whilst still enjoying the university experience.
