About Strength training
Strength training is a great way to get fit, lean and lose weight. Research has shown many benefits of adding weights to your workouts:

- increase your energy levels
Our Women Only Strength Training courses are the perfect opportunity for beginners or intermediates to learn techniques to improve their workouts and reach their fitness goals.
About the course
Our next courses will begin the week commencing Monday 31st January, will run for six weeks, Monday – Friday with morning and afternoon sessions; and will be taught by an expert personal trainer in our state-of-the-art fitness suite. Each course is £80 for five sessions for Edge members or £90 for Non-Edge members.
