As a personal trainer I have spent over a decade helping clients reduce pain and achieve rewarding and maintainable results. Drawing on years of experience as a professional dancer, my work has allowed me to bring together mobility and calisthenic work, with a passion for rehabilitation. This has enabled clients of all ages and backgrounds to launch dependable progress towards their goals.
