ABOUT ME
With over 10 years’ experience in the Health and Fitness industry, I have developed a wide range of skills to help my clients achieve their goals. Whilst at university, I studied for a BA(Hons) degree in Dance Studies – majoring in choreography and performance, before qualifying as a Personal Trainer. As such, calisthenics and bodyweight exercise have become a specialist area for me as an instructor and a practitioner.
After completing my training, I travelled across Europe working and training as a stunt performer and professional dancer, learning new skills and techniques from different movement specialists, including Gymnastics, Capoeira, Pilates and Yoga.
My focus is to help my clients to reach their fitness goals, whether it’s a performance goal or just feeling better about yourself. I use all aspects of fitness to help you achieve aims by creating a program that keeps you interested no matter what your goal.
I look at fitness as a priority, not an option.
