Featuring a mix of different kickboxing styles,and different martial arts body weight exercises from Kung Fu, Capoeira, Brazilian Jujitsu and Karate that will provide a fun, yet challenging full body workout! No matter what your level of fitness ability, all are welcome whether you never tried martial arts, or you already have many years of training behind you.
