Looking to come to the Edge, but not sure who to come with? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.
Free off-peak memberships for University of Leeds Hall students
All halls’ students have a free off-peak membership to The Edge, and if you’re looking for someone to go with, we’ve teamed up with Residence Life to run our Gym Buddies programme.
Match with Gym Buddies
Our Gym Buddies programme matches you with two other like-minded people from your halls who are interested in going to The Edge, to help you keep fit and make friends at the same time.
Whether you’re looking to use our fantastic state-of-the-art gym, get some lengths in in our 25m 8-lane swimming pool or reach new heights on our climbing wall, we’ll do our best to match you up with people who have similar interests.
How to apply
- Simply complete the application form
- We’ll match you with other residents looking for similar experiences and connect you together via University email to allow you to swap contact details and get chatting!
- Then it’s over to you as a group to coordinate your first gym trip!
