Please note – Premium Members are offered a total of 3 referral passes during their membership. All pass requests must be approved by the Membership Team. Please allow 2 working days for request to be processed.
This form is the be completed by the intended user of the referral pass – they will need to quote the name and membership number of the Edge member who has referred them. Once approved, the pass will be sent direct to the intended user.
