I love working with clients and athletes to help them to work towards their fitness and sporting goals and improve their overall health, confidence, and how they feel about themselves.
My passions are triathlon and mountaineering. I have been involved in triathlon and fitness as an athlete and a coach for more than four years. My coaching and academic qualifications are supported by a wealth of racing experiences including; ETU Duathlon Championship, Olympic Distance Triathlon Qualifiers, middle distance triathlon and fell running. I live and breathe triathlon and lead regular training sessions with local schools and triathlon clubs that include circuit, HIIT, swimming, WattBike, cycling, running, flexibility, and nutrition advice for both strength and performance.
As a personal trainer and triathlon coach at the University of Leeds, it is my job to implement direct training methods, so you reach your goals. We will improve your performance and increase your muscular fitness and endurance regardless of your current ability. We will build upon your strengths and improve your areas that require development.
When working with me I see it as my goal to ensure that you are stimulated, motivated, supported and happy in your training.
