Please see below the terms and conditions for our annual survey competition:

  1. The promoter and data controller for this survey is Sport & Physical Activity, University of Leeds, LS2 9JT.
  2. The Learning Factor (TLF) is the data processer on behalf of Sport & Physical Activity.
  3. Any personal data submitted as part of this survey will be used only for the purposes of facilitating the prize draw.
  4. All entries must be received by Sunday 24 May 2026 at 11:59pm. The promoter reserves the right to extend this deadline without notice.
  5. Participants must complete the Sport & Physical Activity Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026 and include an email address to be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be drawn at random.
  6. Only one entry per person.
  7. One Annual Premium Edge Membership equates to one individual prize, two £100 amazon vouchers equate to two individual prizes and the same logic is applied to the other prizes on offer. No entrant may win more than one prize.

  12. By entering the prize draw, you agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activity, including photographs and audio and/or visual recordings, if you are selected as a winner.
  13. Winners will be notified via email. Sport & Physical Activity will make a reasonable attempt to contact the winners but reserve the right to draw a substitute winner if this is not possible.
  14. Only official communications issued directly from our verified accounts or email addresses will be considered valid. Sport & Physical Activity reserve the right to disqualify entries or claims based on falsified or manipulated content, including AI-generated materials.
