We chatted to one of our personal trainers Charlotte to find out more about her including her favourite way to stay active and who is her biggest fitness inspiration.

What does your role entail:

Supporting clients towards reaching their health & fitness goals.  Helping members with exercises and equipment. Teaching Pilates classes.

How long have you been working at The Edge:

2 years.

What do you love most about The Edge:

I love working with everyone here!

Where are members most likely to find you:

On the gym floor and in the studios teaching.

Your favourite way to stay active:

Cycling in The Dales and hiking in the Lake District.

Your biggest sport/fitness inspiration:

My Auntie, for introducing me to mountain biking & trail running, and being patient when I consistently hit the deck!

Top fitness tip:

Find something you enjoy doing and work hard to do it well.

Interesting fact about yourself:

I fractured my spine whilst bouldering a few years back!
