Since we re-opened The Edge on the 12 April, we have started running brand new outdoor exercise classes so that you can train together in the fresh air!
They include a variety of your favourites such as Les Mills Bodyjam, Body Combat and Zumba, and let’s not forget your favourite instructors are back too.
We are hosting the classes on the flat area next to the Roger Stevens Pond and each class has a capacity of 12 people.
We have been so thrilled to see you back getting involved and giving it your all! One of our members, Laura Dangerfield, definitely enjoyed her class, saying afterwards;
That class was amazing, it was very hard work but I’ll definitely do it again next week!
