About Me:
Choosing a personal trainer isn’t just about improving fitness, it’s about improving your entire quality of life. If you are exercising efficiently you will be healthier, have an increase in energy, a reduction in stress and see improvements to the quality of your sleep.
Having amassed a wide range of skills via my experiences through working in the health and fitness industries over the past 10 years, I believe I have the qualities to help you achieve your goals – no matter what they may be; whether that’s toning, sport-specific improvement, weight-loss or bulking up.
I have developed and gained experience working with professional sports teams, assisting them in preparation for elite performance. I have had experience working in the NHS and private sector, offering assessments to optimise health and wellbeing. I also have extensive experience delivering personal training sessions to a wide array of clients.
Currently I am studying for my Master’s degree in Physiotherapy therefore I am constantly keeping up to date with the latest literature and guidelines for strength, fitness and rehabilitation. Please don’t delay, contact me and together lets achieve your goals.
