I have always been interested in fitness, taking part in running events, cycling and going to the gym. With fitness being my hobby I made the decision to become a Personal Trainer to help others gain the enthusiasm for exercise that I have.
With experience in weight/inch loss, muscle toning, bootcamp and circuit training, event training and ante/post natal exercise I can help you by evaluating your physical fitness and personal goals.
I will then develop a highly focused practical and achievable program that is fun, rewarding and attainable with the ultimate aim of improving your health, wellbeing and lifestyle.
