I am a Triathlon Coach and Personal Trainer who specializes in endurance and strength training to produce slightly more force therefore bringing competition times lower.
I help people shed fat, increase strength, feel confident and get their results they want. I achieve this by creating bespoke results – focused Personal Training and Triathlon Coaching plans, based on Individual’s lifestyle and fitness goals while providing weekly personalized coaching/ feedback sessions. All this while ensuring we’re taking a no – nonsense, evidence-based approach.
I come from a triathlon and horse-riding background, spending 4 years and half years competing in Middle, Olympic, Sprint Distance in Triathlons and Olympic Duathlon Championship.
I was an athlete, following competition of my Triathlon Coaching and Personal Training course with the British Triathlon Federation. As a Triathlon Coach, it was my job to make sure the athletes and clients of Brownlee Foundation and the Edge Fitness Suite of University of Leeds was at peak physical, endurance fitness ready to compete in swimming, cycling, running or any endurance sport.
I am passionate about outdoors, animals and I understand the high demands of everyday life, and how challenging it can be fitting in healthy eating and exercise around the busy day lifestyles.
My aim is to make you feel confident in your own skin and transform your body and mind on to the start line of any competition/ challenge you have chosen.
