I first became interested in fitness at just 14 years old and since then my love for training and a healthy plant-based lifestyle has become part of my daily routine. Since completing my Level 3 Personal Training qualification I have been able to help countless clients with a wide variety of goals as well as take my own weight-based training to the next level.
My speciality is in empowering Women to take control of their Health, Ability, Body and Wellbeing as a priority. A great physique and improved confidence is just a side effect of this.
