Throughout my life I have always been involved in sport, focusing specifically on playing badminton from age 12 at county level for Yorkshire. I was ranked as the number 8 player at under 15’s in England and became the under 19’s number 1 for 2 years.
My sporting achievements at a young age saw me tirelessly striving to improve myself and this has developed into a passion for helping others to improve themselves which has lead me into a career in fitness and exercise.
Due to the level and variety of training I have undertaken over the years, I have an advanced knowledge of improving overall fitness and developing strength as well as speed, agility, coordination and balance. I can use this knowledge to show you exactly how to achieve your goals, improve your sporting performance or just to help you lose some weight and build a better physique.
