As a Sports Rehabilitator working to treat athletes, I’m only too aware of how much injury and mobility problems can prevent you from exercising effectively and achieving your goals. I am currently working with elite rugby players at Castleford Tigers RLFC, aiding in the rehabilitation of injured players and conducting injury prevention and recovery exercise sessions.
Tailoring exercise to your own needs, I will prescribe specific exercises, strengthen weak structures and improve your posture and flexibility, optimizing your movements for your sport, workouts or just daily activities. My skills and experience can help you to address any pain or limitation and help you to finally achieve your goals and feel a real difference!
On a personal level I am training for that bikini confidence using HIIT training, circuits and yoga. I can help you look and feel great.
