Throughout high school and my teenage years, I struggled with my weight and self-confidence. After completing my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness I focused on living a better lifestyle and found my passion for helping others do the same.
After years of training and not having a goal for myself, I entered into my first Powerlifting competition to give me something to focus on. A year later, I’m a sponsored athlete, hold two divisional records, compete divisionally, nationally and internationally. I have recently returned from competing at the Commonwealth Championships in South Africa where I placed silver in squats and bronze overall.
Whilst completing an Exercise Science & Sport Practice degree in Melbourne, Australia, I worked as a sports trainer at numerous Australian Football clubs and worked as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at a High school working with a number of state and national athletes.
While my main focus lies in Powerlifting coaching, I specialise in strength and conditioning, female strength training, fat loss, injury prevention and rehabilitation/prehabilitation. When creating programmes for my clients, I tailor sessions to their individual needs and goals. I will help them develop a better relationship with food and use evidence-based and science-backed coaching to achieve the best results possible.
