From the age of 5 I played Rugby League for a number of Leeds clubs, before eventually progressing to the Leeds Blue & Amber (now the Rhinos) and Yorkshire academies. However, following too many trips to the medical room, I eventually called time at the age of 19.
These days I’ve turned my attention to endurance events, and have competed in IRONMAN Western Australia, multiple cycle sportive and marathons, and various obstacle courses nationwide.
Growing up around high performance Rugby League and Rugby Union as both a player and as an intern strength coach at Leeds Carnegie RFU under Stuart Lancaster, I’ve learnt the true value that strength and conditioning brings. To get the best out of the gym you need to utilise functional movement, whether that’s to decrease body fat, tone, or improve sports performance. I’ll equip you with the tools and skills to get where you want to be! Drop me an email…
