Health and fitness has always been a huge passion of mine. I currently work with the Lifestyle and Wellbeing programme assisting clients to recover from various conditions by prescribing appropriate exercises but I can also help people to change their bodies and improve their confidence.
With over 7 years of experience in Fitness I have developed a broad skill set. I have helped to give people a more toned, healthy physique and greater confidence. I create workouts designed to increase your body’s fat burning potential or can tailor them to relieve back pain and build up overall strength. I focus on developing a strong core which helps you to move and feel better in your daily activities.
I like to mix up my own training. I love cycling and I also spend a lot of time doing weights, core work and interval training to boost my overall fitness and I love to vary my clients programmes too. Coming up with new exciting exercise ideas is a hobby of mine that keeps it fun for you and keeps you motivated.
But it’s not just what you do in the gym that makes the difference, I make sure to fuel my body with lots of good healthy food to aid my recovery and I will make healthy eating simple to understand for you.
