I am a highly qualified health and fitness professional with over 14 years industry experience, covering many disciplines within group exercise including; Step, Spin, Legs Bums & Tums (LBT) and Body Conditioning.
Within personal training I have a proven track record of achieving great results and have worked with a variety of high profile clients. Prior to this I trained as a gymnast and competed at a national level so have a full understanding of what it is to be an athlete and how to train. My personal training skills include sports specific strength training, core strength, general fitness as well as sports massage. Being qualified in sports nutrition and lifestyle management also enables me to provide tailored weight loss programmes for clients, something you may be interested in?
