No matter what your initial fitness level, under my guidance progression is inevitable, by introducing a variety of new techniques that are effective but most importantly fun.
Sessions are tailor made to you! After all Personal Training should be personalised emphasising on you and your goals.
Keeping training interesting is key! As set routine can get a little boring and you then become de-motivated. I enjoy mixing up my own training so I incorporate this into the sessions, where we will incorporate various training styles. We will be switching and swapping from the gym environment to being in the Personal Training room, where we get the chance to really knuckle down without the rush of the gym.
A workout shouldn’t be a chore; it should be the pathway towards reaching your goals.
