Since I can remember I’ve always been involved in sport. For me sport was something to look forward to, whether it was running in the park, exploring my surroundings, climbing a tree, playing netball or getting roped into sports teams, it was the one thing I really enjoyed. That’s why I became a trainer, to pass on that passion, enthusiasm and help you find something that works for you.
I specialise in weight loss, strength training, creating a healthier lifestyle, and exploring new ways of making sessions fun. Training shouldn’t be a chore, it should be exciting because we are working towards your goals. Together, we will find the path that works for you.
