Since I can remember I’ve always been involved in sport. For me was something to look forward to, whether it was running in the park, exploring my surroundings, climbing a tree, playing netball or getting roped into another sports teams, it was the one thing I really enjoyed. That’s why I became a trainer, to pass on that passion, enthusiasm and help you find something that works for you.
I specialise in Weight loss, Kettlebells, Strength Training, creating a healthier lifestyle, and exploring new ways of making sessions fun. Because training shouldn’t be boring or a chore, it should be exciting because we’re working towards your goals and together, we will find that path that works for you.
