The Club
We welcome all students to come down to training sessions regardless of prior experience! We have qualified instructors in the club and at the various venues around the region that we use to help you hone your tricks. Don’t worry if you’ve never been windsurfing before either – we have dozens of similar students join every year so you won’t be alone.

Give It A Go

What Is Give It A Go?
Leeds University Union runs one of the largest Give it a Go programmes in the country with over 300 events per semester, including Windsurfing.
Give it a Go not only allows you the opportunity to try out different clubs and societies with no obligation to join, but you can attend arts & craft workshops, film screenings, workshops and explore attractions both local in Leeds and across the UK.

Coaching Scholarships

Coaching Scholars Programme
The University of Leeds awards a number of scholarships to aspiring coaches to help raise club performances within their chosen sports. Working in conjunction with the Head Coaches of the University teams it is an excellent opportunity for students to further develop themselves outside the academic arena.

The Coaching Scholarship is an exciting opportunity for current undergraduate or postgraduate students who can demonstrate high standards of personal, professional and learning attributes.
