Yes, I went once to the orienteering and also to some trips.
How would you describe your relation to sport and activity?
I don’t practice sports regularly even though it is something enjoyable for me.
What attracted you to the Get Out, Get Active programme?
Possibility of trying new things, for a small price or for free.
What was the first activity you tried and the most daunting thing about it?
I first tried orienteering and the most daunting thing was as it was my first time doing some of the activities I didn’t know how I would find them.
What do you enjoy about the Get Out, Get Active sessions?
Different experiences and meeting new people.
What has been your best experience with Get Out, Get Active so far?
Maybe the orienteering.
What do you think are the biggest barriers to taking part in the programme and what would you say to people to overcome them?
Maybe the impression that you should have some physical training or previous experience in sports, before taking part in some activities, such as cycling and rowing.
