  • ½ avocado
  • 150g strawberries
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk
  • A splash lemon or lime juice
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Method

  • Chop up the avocados and strawberries into small chunks.
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Tip: if your smoothie is a little too thick, add a little water.
