Making a return for our members, the popular Women’s Strength course will be running alongside Back to Fitness from the 31 January for 6 weeks.

What is included?

Women’s Strength

Women’s Strength training has been delivered by The Edge for over 7 years, teaching its female participants the fundamentals of Strength Training in a safe and approachable environment:

  • How to perform the big lifts
  • How to safely set up equipment
  • The most effective exercises to implement into their training
  • The basics of structuring your own exercise programme
  • Basic nutritional information

If you have ever wanted to take part in strength training, but lacked a little confidence and knowledge, this course is for you!

Back to Fitness

This course sees participants join a group of like-minded members who want to build up their fitness levels. You will be supported by your trainer and group as you progress with a number of tasks:

  • Weekly assessments to measure your progress
  • Weekly nutrition challenges to help improve your eating habits
  • A full body exercise programme to follow outside of classes
