About Calisthenics training
Calisthenics is a creative form of exercise that promotes the service of using your own body-weight as a method of training. It encourages the development of lean muscle mass, increases your strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance at the function of using your own body.
About the course
Each course is £65 for six sessions and will take place in our state-of-the-art Personal Training studio. We only have space for 10 members per session, so be sure to book your space quickly!
