We have formed a member’s Customer Panel which provides the chance for our members to give us their feedback and valuable insights into what we need to do to improve our service.
Our Customer Panel meets every three months and we are primarily concerned with strategic issues relating to the membership offer and ways in which our service, products and programmes can be improved. We are interested in receiving your comments and suggestions about all aspects of the service.
If you are a student member and you would like to represent the views and opinions of your fellow customers, please email or write to us, to tell us a bit about yourself and your membership usage, along with any concerns or specific interests you have in our service.
