About Self Defence training

The aim of self defense is to give you a range of simple, effective techniques to have under your belt which work quickly in a variety of scenarios and are universally applicable to everyone, against anyone! Ideal for beginners, the course will provide a training manual, outlining the class teachings. Our coach will be on hand to guide you through the defensive techniques. Aimed solely at beginners, each one hour lesson will run over six weeks and quickly progress your skills.

Learn to completely defend yourself and enjoy a decent workout at the same time. The self defense courses are taught by an expert coach and is a great way to stay fit and learn new, valuable skills.

About the course

Each course is £65 for six sessions and will take place in our state-of-the-art Personal Training studio. We only have space for 10 members per session, so be sure to book your space quickly!
