Our pilates and yoga balance classes have started again this week after a break over Christmas and the exam period.
Please note that our lunchtime pilates and yoga balance classes now cost £4 per session.
Pilates with our instructor, Sandy will teach you how to move your body intelligently and encourage true ease of movement in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere.
Yoga, led by Kiran, is Vinyasa style which is a flow based method of yoga stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Our classes require no long term commitment; you simply sign up in advance and the £4 ticket price is payable on the day.
