I’m not some judgmental bodybuilder or sergeant major type trainer. I wasn’t always into Health & Fitness, in fact I spent the majority of my life being Obese. After developing a passion for fitness and exercise through self-defence training, I eventually lost 85lb (6 stone/38kg), so I know exactly how challenging weight loss can be. You can benefit from my knowledge and experience instead of spinning your wheels and trying to “go it alone”.
Years of reading and implementing various diets and eating methods has given me a keen understanding of nutrition. I can teach you how to exercise and eat properly for your goals, how to enjoy your exercise and how to defend yourself, but most of all I can show you how to have a life and still fit in exercise and eating healthily. So you can still enjoy cakes, eating out and drinking alcohol and still maintain the great physique I’ve helped you to craft.
I specialise in Krav Maga/self-defence training, Resistance training, Kettlebells, Boxing and Bodyweight exercise. Whatever you like I know how to teach it! So if you’re the kind of person who wants to be in great shape but still able to go out and enjoy life.
