Rowing

We offer indoor rowing classes (the new spin) on campus, a fun rowing class mainly using the machines and rowing to music.

We want to give you the opportunity to try rowing out on the water as well, we run regular trips to Roundhay Park where we offer rowing in stable 4 person and single boats. Once a month we also run a session down at the University boat house giving you a chance to row in a slimmer racing boat.

Important information: Please note to take part in the outdoor rowing trips you are required to be able to swim 50m and tread water for 2 minutes.
