- ½ avocado
- 150g strawberries
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- A splash lemon or lime juice
- Honey to taste (optional)
Method
- Chop up the avocados and strawberries into small chunks.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Tip: if your smoothie is a little too thick, add a little water.
