About Laura

Laura has a degree in Sports Science. Her experience as a Massage Therapist began in 2009 completing a Diploma in Swedish Body and Indian Head Massage. Since then Laura has worked in various clinics and gained a qualification in Sports and Remedial Massage from the University of Leeds. She also holds a Diploma in Equine Sports Science, and works regularly with both horses and riders.

In 2014 she spent 8 months living in the French Alps working as a sports massage therapist. During this time she administered massage therapy to both skiers and snowboarders during the winter and cyclists in the summer. She was also the in house therapist for a yoga retreat also based in the Alps.

She works with all kinds of people ranging from horse riders, sports professionals, triathletes, keen amateurs and those with muscle tension resulting from desk bound jobs. She uses a uses a mixture of deep tissue, sports massage and exercise to deal with sports injuries and muscular aches and pains. She is continuing her studies by completing a qualification in Pilates.

So whether you want to improve sporting performance, recover from an injury or simply feel more flexible and have fewer aches, Laura can help you achieve this. Laura will be based at the clinic at Cromer Terrace.
